It was formerly known as Sweet Olive. “Since Chef Marcus Woodham joined The Saint Hotel family in May, we have been thrilled with his unique culinary talents and fresh vision. After experiencing his creative twist on Louisiana cuisine, I felt he deserved a restaurant name which was also fresh and new,” said Wyant. “’Tempt’ captures Chef Woodham’s delicious, tempting menu and it also describes the essence of The Saint Hotel.” The clean, modern interior at Tempt is the perfect setting for the menu which incorporates Chef Marcus’ Louisiana roots. Guests can find traditional Louisiana cuisine, infused with Chef Marcus’ modern culinary style. Tempt offers a casual atmosphere with a fine dining level of food. Tempt is open daily, 6:00am – 10:30am for breakfast, weekdays 5:00pm – 10pm, and weekends 5:00pm – 10:30pm for dinner.
