A very nice-looking restaurant inside and out, the Jade Moon has served me two kinds of food. The first kind, which dominate the menu, is the most ordinary kind of Chinese dishes, not cooked very well. Then there are the dishes that are so different from any other dishes with the same name served elsewhere around town that they’re likely to disappoint. Case in point: a very sweet hot-and-sour soup. The attraction seems to be the very low prices and the extraordinarily friendly service staff.
